	TOP CLASS WINDING QUALITY With the wire bobbin winder MCW14 LT61, it is possible, to wind up to 16 wires - special steel wires – with high firmness in the dimensions, according to customer specification, on the bobbins. The wires are led over a guidance system of the wire unit to the bobbin. At the same time, a wire length measurement takes place. The bobbin is clamped by a pneumatic system and the wire transfer takes place via a servo linear spindle. The winding process is a completely automatic process with laser control and electric tension control.
